Turkeys! The Musical
Reviews
This is where the whole thing gets a tiny bit brilliant, combining as it were Rogers & Hammerstein's Carousel with George Orwell's Animal Farm.

I've been to a few shows at Zombie Joe's previously and thought they were good, if brief. Turkeys! was very clearly thought through a lot in its execution. The songs were great, the actors were extremely committed to the absurd reality of the characters and the singing was far beyond what I had expected. Nearly every song sucked me in, most especially the ones sung by Ms. Bishop and Ms. Slezak. I believed their longing for a different life. I also was impressed with Ian Michaels performance as the preacher. The ending actually gave me chills because I was so engaged. I, unfortunately, went to the last night of the show otherwise I would have gone again. Please consider, Zombie Joe and company, bringing this show back again next year.
