Tom Griffin’s “The Boys Next Door” is a heartwarming and charming serio-comedy about four mentally disabled men living together in one apartment, and the social worker who tries to help them navigate a complicated and often humorous world. Set in a communal residence in a New England city, the play mingles scenes from the daily lives of the men, where “little things” sometimes turn into momentous concerns with moments of great poignancy.
