I enjoyed getting to see the journey of CC Sheffield through the eyes of so many characters, some of which I had a lot of familiarity with. The agent character spoke words I heard far too many times and seeing Harvey Weinstein through her lens gave me a fresh perspective on the stories behind some of the latest headlines.
Sheffield is far better than this show and at some future date, with a skilled dramaturge and director, I’m certain she’ll demonstrate this.
