**Winner: Best Storytelling Show, NoHo Fringe 2017** Craving new stories about SWAT teams, crayons, and pole dancing in Miami? I get it. Unfold a beach chair, pop open a cold one, and drink them all in… with even more absurd, true stories told by me, Keith Blaney in F*ck Fiction: True Tales of Life & Death in Paradise.

What can you say about Keith Blaney? He's quintessentially everything one thinks of when they think Hollywood and at the same time, it's polar opposite. Boundless energy, enthusiasm and talent - this is a fantastic journey through the trials and tribulations of the life of a pale, Catholic red-head from Florida trying to make it in show business!

F*ck Fiction: True Tales of Life & Death in Paradise, Keith Blaney's one-man show is unlike any one-person show I've ever seen. A witty everyman, Blaney faces the unfair ironies of life with humility and compassion. It's really more a night of storytelling than a one-person theatrical performance, and Blaney is a major league storyteller. As a kid golfer, this guy mortified the onlookers at a “Jr. Golf Tournament” by throwing down his club, cursing the audience, and quitting golf forever. He also had an early acting job watching close up at Demi Moore doing a strip for a week! Funny guy.

Saw this last fall and will be back again, bringing friends! Super fun and charming, Keith Blaney is a funny, engaging storyteller, it's like making a cool new friend and having a great chat, check it out!

As a professional story teller, I enjoy seeing one man/woman shows comprised of personal stories of horrors and triumphs. Keith brings his years of story telling experience to this show and it was awesome. Just awesome. I found myself laughing all the way through and always pulling for this ginger underdog. Two thumbs way up!

Keith Blaney is a star! He seriously is so one-of-a-kind...a talented, hilarious actor...I kept trying to cast him in things in my mind...I need to see this man on my TV on a regular basis! It was a joy to watch him perform real stories from his wicked funny life and I found myself choked up several times in between all the laughter. A wonderful night of small theater...and it's short which is appealing BUT in the case of this actor...I want to see more!

Keith Blaney is magical. On a bare stage with a chair, a fruity drink in hand and a couple of props came alive the southern Florida of his childhood. He is a genuine and masterful storyteller, and I immediately fell right into the atmosphere and journey as he charmingly shared his nostalgic, touching tales of his sometimes bizarre life growing up in southern Florida (I place I am familiar with ;) Hysterically funny, yet poignant and tender, I loved this show.

This show is funny, thought-provoking, cleverly produced, and charming! The mixed media and musical incorporations draw the audience in from the first moment. Keith has perfect pacing and is a natural storyteller. I have yet to see a performance of his I DIDN'T like! Why haven't you gotten your tickets already???

I've had the pleasure of hearing some of Keith's stories about growing up in Florida at various storytelling venues around L.A. It was such a delight to hear them all together in a show that was both hilarious and touching. Keith is a master storyteller and a delightful personality who makes you feel like your listening to the tales of a close and dear friend. His stories contain universal themes everyone can relate to, as well as all the eccentricities one could ask for. Treat yourself and go see F*ck Fiction! True Tales of Life and Death In Paradise.

Blaney delivers a poignant, hilarious and memorable performance recounting his South Florida upbringing with originality and keen insight. His evocative descriptions transport the audience into the assemblage of eclectic characters of his youth and keeps the audience engaged with warm humor and a brisk pace.

Never have I been witness to such a hilarious window into someone's love letter to their upbringing. What I expected to be a bitter rant was just the opposite. Keith's infectious stream of Florida memories was such a treat.

Blaney is among the most authentic, vulnerable storytellers I've ever known. Spending 90 minutes with Keith in his native South Florida was an absolute delight, save for the moment all the blood rushes into his cherubic, rubicund face and you fear we have lost one of our finest. Can't wait to see it again. See you there?
