Dying for Our Voices forces us to ask what happens when we neglect our journalists, and what possibilities lie ahead when we unite behind them. An issue not unique to the United States or any single country, the show features actors of many cultures, and is performed in languages and styles from around the world. Styles of dance, poetry, music and theatre from Afghanistan, Mexico, United States, Malta and the United Arab Emirates are weaved into the performance to show that artists from different cultures can work collectively, and without conflict.
